We are happy to post our products to anywhere in the world using the Royal Mail standard Airmail (small packets) postal service.
For delivery to within the UK, we use first class postage and parcels usually arrive within 1-2 working days.
All orders are now posted on Mondays only - unless we are exceptionally busy when an order may be posted on a Tuesday.
For delivery to the rest of the world we use standard airmail. Arrival times will vary significantly depending on which country a parcel is being sent to, and can, on occasions be substantial - (possibly up to 8 weeks for the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Argentina and occasionally Australia, Spain Italy and Germany).
Please note: Depending on where you live in the world, we are finding delivery times vary considerably, and we ask our customers to take this into consideration when ordering from us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Buyers in Ukraine, Brazil, Argentina, Kazakhstan & the Russian Federation. Windshields sent to these countries are now sent at your own risk. We can no longer be held responsible for items that go missing in the post to these countries. This is an absolute, pre-agreed condition of sale and is non-negotiable. Please allow for up to 8+ weeks delivery times to these countries. Making a purchase denotes your agreement to this policy condition.
Note: There is NO tracking information on the Airmail service we use as standard.
We can offer the "Royal mail International signed-for" service at an additional cost of £6.15. It offers overseas tracking for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and USA. Other destinations are only tracked until they leave the UK.
If you wish to upgrade to this service please send a message saying so and we will email you a PayPal payment button for the £6.15 upgrade fee. As soon as the upgrade fee has been paid, your order will be processed.
Please note the tracking service is NOT an expedited service and will still take as long to arrive as the standard airmail service.
We are now operating on weekend-only hours where the shop will be open from late Friday to early Monday morning for orders.
Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday immediately after the weekend (including orders placed that same Monday morning. In rare cases when we are exceptionally busy, some of the orders may get posted on the Tuesday.
Delayed items (UK)
For the UK, we use Royal Mail First class recorded for most deliveries. In 99.9% of all cases, we are happy to report that Royal mail do deliver on time, and with care taken.
Although Royal mail state average delivery times as: "1-2 working days" for their First class service, it must be understood that these are not guaranteed on-time delivery services.
If you want a guaranteed UK mainland service, we can arrange Royal Mail Special delivery at an additional cost of £6.50. Please contact us if you require this service.
Before a parcel can be declared "lost", Royal Mail stipulate that at least 15 working days must have passed from the date of posting, at which point we will be happy to send a replacement product. Ultimately, on every occasion, the parcel will turn up. Please allow 15 working days before getting in touch as we are physically unable to do anything about it before this time has passed.
Delayed items (Rest of the world)
We are finding that Airmail delivery times can vary considerably, and it can take anything from 1-7 weeks for sent parcels to reach their destinations depending on where in the world they are being sent.
For North America, Canada and the EU, parcels will often arrive within about 4 - 7 working days, however this is not always the case, and it may take considerably longer.
We've recently had a parcel to Germany take 4 weeks to arrive, and parcels to Spain and Italy seem to be encountering severe delays at the moment (6 weeks +) so please do please bear this in mind if there appears to be a delay.
Please allow up to 6 weeks delivery time for all EU, North America & Australia orders, and up to 8 weeks for all other destinations.
If your parcel / purchase is stopped by your country’s customs service, there may be additional fees to be paid by you in order to receieve the goods. (these are usually represented as a percentage of the original purchase price.) In some cases a handling fee may also be charged.
Any additional fees incurred in transit, beyond the original postage costs, remain the responsibility of the purchaser. We can not be held accountable for any customs fees or other charges in relation to the sending of goods from this website. No refund can be given due to the non-payment, or refusal to pay customs (or similar) charges by the purchaser.
